- Cancellations made within 3 days of the reservation date are free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the reservation date will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the accommodation booked.
- Cancellations made on the same day as the reservation are subject to a fee representing the total cost of the accommodation booked.
